Great service but double check they can honor referral/promo codes and beware of “automatic booking system”!! I booked a hydra facial using the first time client 25% off promotion. I booked it during the afternoon as the website advertised that it would be $10 off for doing so. Please be aware that they did not honor this as they could not double up on promo codes. My facial with Ashley was lovely! She made sure I was comfortable and my skin was literally glowing after! However, please be aware of their “automatic booking system”. I happened to call the studio with a question after the service and they told me I was booked for another facial in a month. I had not given them my availability or confirmed I wanted to book again. I didn’t receive any confirmation email for the booking, so I questioned why they thought it was okay to book me without my permission (they also booked me in the middle of the day on a work day?) They told me they had enrolled me in an automatic booking system…. I asked them to please remove me. This felt shady to me and makes me hesitant to go back!

Had a hydrofacial by Emma - this was my first time having any kind of treatment like this so I was a little unsure what to expect but from the moment I booked my appointment, I had direct and fast communication with the team to ask any questions before my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a member of the team who was very welcoming and the place had a really nice calm vibe to it. Emma came out to introduce herself and then took me back where she explained the process and talked a little more about my concerns. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process while at the same time, allowing space for me to relax and enjoy my treatment. Even the manual extractions were so much more comfortable than if I had tried to attempt it myself. During my time, I felt comfortable and relaxed and felt I had space to ask any other questions if I needed. The overall establishment was super clean without feeling sterile. I wanted to tip but they actually don’t accept them so I made sure that I sat down to write a review instead. I will 100% be coming back for more treatments with Emma and will be recommending Ever Body Williamsburg to everyone I know. Thank you so much for giving me a boost of confidence and the cleanest skin I think I’ve ever had!

Unfortunately, I can see why this place gets mixed reviews. I had a Hydrafacial with all possible add-ons yesterday, and the experience really fell short of what was promised. It felt like a basic cleanse with the Hydrafacial machine and some very aggressive manual extractions. While she did use LED at the end, none of the medical-grade serums or additional treatments that should have been part of a full upgraded Hydrafacial were included. What’s most concerning is that today, my skin looks and feels much worse — inflamed, broken out, and there was quite a bit of bleeding right after the facial. The esthetician extracted a lot of pimples that clearly weren’t ready, and now I’m genuinely worried about how my skin is going to heal. Also, if you’re going to do that many extractions, there should be cooling agents, tools like cooling globes, or something to calm the skin down — but nothing like that was offered. To be fair, the esthetician was kind and made an effort to be gentle in her demeanor, and I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy about selling products. But when I asked for advice on what she noticed about my skin or what routine I should be following, she didn’t offer much — which was disappointing since they advertise personalized skincare guidance as part of the experience. Another thing to note: they don’t combine promos. I had booked an afternoon appointment that should have come with $10 off, but because I was also getting the first-time 25% discount, they wouldn’t honor both. On a positive note, the front desk staff was amazing — they were so accommodating when I was running late and even offered to move my appointment time so I wouldn’t feel rushed, which I really appreciated. Overall, though, I wouldn’t come back. The service didn’t deliver what was advertised, and unfortunately, my skin is now in worse shape than when I arrived.

Absolutely amazing place! The clinic is beautiful and smells delicious! The moment you enter, you are greeted by a lovely lady (Chelsea) who will assist you with the check in process and will offer you a bottle of water. Then, your skin care specialist will escort you to the spa treatment room where she will explain to you the procedure. Sarah was UNBELIEVABLE and I had the most wonderful hydrafacial! Will definitely return! The person who left a star review because of the parking situation, you must be kidding 😑! Great job everyone 🌸!

Walked in to book an appointment and was greeted by a friendly worker. The space was well lit, nice music, clean, and styled with a modern touch. I received a Hydrafacial Detox and it was intense. They cleared everything out of my skin and the evidence was captured in the suction container (gross but somewhat satisfying). The workers were knowledgeable about the entire process. Overall, my skin feels and looks great with no pain. Hopefully this will last the next 30 days! I would definitely recommend especially if you are in the area and want to treat yourself.
