Jen and her team at Lumena have replaced my costly trips to the Upper East Side. I am in love with this place. The staff provides thoughtful, personalized treatments. They think deeply about their customers and are innovating around products and treatments. I also love that Jen believes that expensive doesn't always mean better, as she recommended a $32 copper peptide serum from The Ordinary that saved my skin. Absolutely A+++

Lumena is hands-down the best aesthetician experience I have had over years of living in NYC, and I have been EVERYWHERE. Jen is the best in the business. She is very knowledgeable, has done the work to develop serious expertise, knows exactly what to do for my skin, is warm, kind, and funny, and will talk you through every therapy and never try to upsell you or get you to do something you don't need. This is how Jen builds trust with her clients - shecares about their well being and wants you to FEEL amazing as well as LOOK amazing. The salon is so well designed and every detail has been thought out with incredible care. I walk out of Lumena feeling not only radiant, but *seen*. Ten thousand stars.

Jen is the most caring, generous and cautious aesthetician I have ever met and I have met a lot of them! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Hands down the loveliest staff. I have gotten facials with Jen and have seen the best results. She has mastered her craft. Amani is also very lovely. She's very gentle and always delivers a great experience! Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the service providers contributes to the great experience. Love this place!
