I just loved it. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is very cooperative and nice. The medical assistant did an amazing job. Dr. Z was so patient with my silly questions and checked so well. Last but not least i am coming here next as well. They are super professional. The place is so aesthetic and cute ☺️

Yesterday my 95- years old mom had her first appointment with Dr. SAPOZHNIKOV. I can’t even describe the level of attention she received. First she was greeted by very friendly receptionist. The registration took all but 2 minutes. Then medical assistant Irina took her for testing. She was beyond great! It’s not easy to deal with a woman who wants to tell her life stories 😄, but Irina had so much patience and kindness, it amazed me! And then we met with Dr. SAPOZHNIKOV. Wow! The levels of kindness, knowledge and professionalism are exceptional. My mom’s hearing is not best, so Dr SAPOZHNIKOV made sure to move closer to my mom so she could hear better. She explained every procedure she was going to do so my mom would not be scared. She also gave her very detailed instructions on what to do at home. My mom and I are very happy we found this amazing place where everybody treats you with kindness and respect!!! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!!!

This is not the first time I have come to this medical office. Every time I go there I enjoy it!!! Service at the highest level! You are treated like a valued customer. Doctor , Front Desk girl, doctor's assistant, Thank you very much!!! Treatment was prescribed, glasses were selected according to my vision. And special thanks for the free coffee and sweets ☺️🌺😍🥰

First of all the office is immaculate and loaded with the most updated equipment and technology The staff are polite and professional and most of all Dr Milana Sapozhnikov is amazing!! Thorough, patience, and a pleasure to have examined me.

This is my third visit to New York Laser Vision. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40AM. I arrived early because I didn’t want to be late due to traffic. Since I arrived an hour before my appointment time, I had plenty of time to enjoy the waiting room. The receptionist was quite pleasant when she checked me in. She said to me: “Go enjoy the coffee.” I didn’t understand why she had a sly smile until I saw the Keurig pod carousel. They had a lot more choices this time. I was tempted by the Pumpkin Pie and Black/White cookie. However, I ended up picking the classic hazelnut one. The most interesting part of this appointment was getting my pictures taken by the assistant. Last time, I was here for my one-week post-surgery checkup and the other assistant took two pictures. This time, I felt like I was getting my school pictures taken. The assistant took a lot of pictures, and she kept turning my chair hence she can get a better angle. When I finally saw Dr. Julia Giyaur, she was cheerful and she said the eye is progressing well yet it is still swollen. I asked her how long it would take to see the full effect of the procedure. She informed me in a couple of months. Yikes. I was really hoping to take my passport and driver license renewal pictures soon since both items are expired. The front desk made me an appointment for two months from now. Overall, it was a great experience. I especially love the music and beautiful sceneries on their flat screen tv. The wait for the doctor went by quick.
