This was absolutely the best experience visiting this location. Yvonne Huang was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable of my issue & the best way to tackle it, so my skin can begin the healing process! I would definitely recommend her and your office. I scheduled my appointment for 11:40. There was absolutely nobody waiting in the waiting room or in the back. Yet I waited 15 minutes just to be seen. Absolutely unbelievable, definitely won’t be coming back! The “ medical assistant “ was taking her time as if our time as patients is not valuable! Definitely need to do better. This is a very convenient site but pls do not book here! Find somewhere else

*UPDATE* I received the reply below instructing me to email the office directly. I emailed them one week ago and have still not heard back. This business is run like an absolute joke. They shouldn’t even be allowed to practice considering their horrible operations and customer service. I was just billed for the first time for a visit I went to FIVE years ago. I’ve been trying to contact the billing office and I continuously leave messages and nobody returns my call. The 3rd party billing agency they contract with is also completely useless. Completely unacceptable to bill five years after a service without any correspondence before then. I don’t even remember getting the service. They are disorganized and impossible to get a hold of. Avoid at all costs.

BE CAREFUL Worst customer service ever. And they trap you. They told me the provider is in the network and charged me the copay. Then I got a $$$$ balance and the insurance confirmed it’s not in network. But the finance department refused to adjust it and said it’s my responsibility for the balance either in or out of network and I should be checking if it’s in the network. And they won’t help further. They will repeat you need to pay 10x but won’t provide anything useful to adjust the situation.

A nice and clean office with kind workers. I went in to address some small skin concerns and though I arrived early, I was seen quickly. I saw Marina Hartnick and was screened by Michelle, both of whom were thorough, attentive, and very efficient. I had a quick and friendly consultation and was prescribed a new skin care regimen, which Marina talked me through fully, to address my concerns. I look forward to seeing them again during my follow-up appointment in six weeks.
