Dr. Reinhardt and his PA had great bedside manners, were thorough, and knew exactly the course of action for me. The office is very clean and the receptionist is welcoming and patient. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been a regular patient at this dermatology office for a year, and while the doctor herself is great, the front desk staff is extremely rigid and unhelpful. Despite my routine visits, they insisted I complete excessive paperwork before my appointment—even though I had already provided my information before. I traveled from New Jersey to Brooklyn for this visit, only to be turned away because they wouldn’t find a reasonable solution. The lack of flexibility and customer service at the front desk made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. Patients deserve better coordination and consideration.

My experience was wonderful. The staff were all attentive, informative and patient. I arrived for an emergency and was treated with so much care. My doctor Benjamin Reinhardt was nothing short of pure excellence; From bedside manner to talking me through everything going on….EXCELLENCE. The Office is also clean and organized. I am so grateful to have found this place. I am so excited to continue my services here. Keep up the great work guys, I see you‼️‼️

- They were so nice! I came in an hour early and was still seen almost right away. - I was offered a seltzer water too which was nice! - Both the nurse and practitioner were very sweet and helpful for my issue. 10/10 would go again! :)

Due to my location I've been forced to deal with this place for years. There are nice people there, but overall it is the most incompetent doctor's office I've ever dealt with. They consistently are just incapable of getting the proper medication to me. And every time you call, you'll speak to someone new, so you start the terrible, bureaucratic, ignorant process over and over again. I'm currently still waiting on my medication over three weeks after my appointment. And this is not close to the first time this has happened. There's just something terribly wrong with the administration here and it's been this way for many years.
