It was my first time at Upkeep (Brooklyn) and I had a fantastic experience! Selena warmly greeted me upon entry and got me checked in. They offer sparkling water and pineapple juice after your service (helps with bruising) which is a cute touch. The entire place is decorated impeccably 😍 so girly and fun! I had my lips done with Jade who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and a pro-injector. In short, I love love my lips and will absolutely be back soon. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been an upkeep patient for years. This was my first time in the Brooklyn location and Collin was absolutely amazing. I got a half syringe of kysse and I love my lips so much! Collin’s bed side manner is unmatched and he really goes above and beyond in making sure you get the results you want! The receptionist Auxua was so accommodating and made me feel so welcomed from the start of my appt to the time I left. I cannot wait to come back for my next appt! Thank you so much Upkeep Brooklyn!

Id rather the Greenwich village location because the nurse injector in Brooklyn had a nasty attitude. They cancelled my appt the first time because I need a clearance went to my second appt with the nurse Injector and was told a totally different price from my initial price which was about $200 more for a .5 ml of Revannese kiss they do get commission so they will try to beat you in the head if they feel like they can. I complained to management and was told the location manager will give me a call and I never received a call back I did end up going to Henry in Greenwich village and he did great so for me if I go back to upkeep it will only be Greenwich village.

First i would like to say the decor/esthetic is beautiful. Secondly I would like to say the sales and deals they text you are not what you pay in person. I was told a price over the phone. The receptionist double confirmed the price I will pay after services but in person after services it was an additional $240. I am a first time lip filler girly and I have been debating on getting half a syringe of lip filler for 5 yrs now!. I love my natural lips I just wanted more coverage when I smiled. It has been over two months later and my lips are wrinkly and bumpy. I have had perfect lips and I never had wrinkles in my lips or bumps. I also had a slight unevenness to both sides of my lips. The person who did my injections obviously didn’t care about his face because his filler was exaggerated! But I put my better judgement aside hoping he was a professional and took pride in his work!! He surfaced area placed my restalynne kyse filler and he did not shape my lips correctly. Also in the beginning He then tried to convince me to spend more money to get what he may feel will achieve my desired look. I was extremely unhappy when I left. And I am starting to regret that I ever did this to my face!!!!!

I've been to Upkeep Medspa several times over the last year. To note: I've been regularly getting botox at other locations prior to coming to Upkeep so I am quite familiar through the consultation/healing process. I've never had any complaints with my prior injector (Marina). She was fantastic - took extra care of my face, and it showed. She was extremely patient and did not rush the whole treatment process. I felt heard and seen. However, yesterday was my first time having a botox session with one of the newer staff members (forehead and masseters). I am sad to say that the experience felt super rushed and not comfortable at all. While I understand that she is a professional and does this for a living, the fast pace at which she moved affected her performance as well. I understand bruising is natural with injections - but the bruising I got as a result of this session is quite different from my past experiences. Prior to this, I never had any noticeable discoloration from bruising, nor were my injection sites raised and sensitive to touch as a result of botox. I have never had that happened with any injector in the past and I suspect it was due to the rapid rate she was moving as she was injecting my forehead. During my questions - I was interrupted before I could even finish (multiple times). I had also mentioned I wanted a lift on my eyebrows (typical spot I've gotten before) and my angry frown lines between my brows, as well as around the crown of my hairline where some fine wrinkles are. As mentioned, she was moving rapidly, before I even knew it, she injected a small amount of botox near my crow's feet. That came as a shock because I never discussed wanted to touch that area with her, I had only mentioned my brows and forehead. If she had even mentioned "hey I noticed some wrinkling here" then perhaps it would have even been acceptable - but none of that was touched upon. I am overall super disappointed with my experience at Upkeep and I do not think I will return after this.
