I am so upset with this establishment. I called and made an appointment over the phone for a cyst that has been growing on my back. I stated I wanted it removed as it’s ugly even though it’s not bothersome much. Finally showed up to my appointment today, paid the $110 copay I had just to be seen for literally 2 minutes and be told it’s a cyst (already knew that and stated so on the phone call) and told they do not remove those at this office and I will need to make another appointment at a different office. So mad, I will not be coming back and will spend my money elsewhere.

My husband called to make an appointment for a ganglion cyst on his right wrist. They asked him specifically why he was making the appointment and asked for his health insurance information. They verified his insurance and scheduled the appointment. He went in at 9:30am and left at 9:40 am. He was charged a copay and was told by Dr. "JP" that they didn't treat that problem. As I was leaving the office it dawned on me that I had told them what the problem was when I originally made the appt. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if it was my right wrist that I was there for. They charged me for something that they knew they didn't treat!!!! I called my Insurance Co. and told them what had happened, and they informed me that this Dr. was out of network. So they verified my insurance, didn't tell me that I was out of network and didn't treat me.

Dr. Paolini was great. being the first time i ever had an appointment for something dermatological, i wasn't sure what to expect. Doctor was friendly, informative and we joked a bit. That, in and of itself, is definitely something unique for many specialists, that is for sure. Having completed on line check in, i was seen very quickly and I was in and out in no time... It was a real good experience and I would certainly recommend.

Insists I need mental health treatment because my skin is "secondary" to my mental health. Very reductionist logic here. A few years back the food I ate had no relationship to my skin according to this doctor, now an infectious microbe is all secondary to my "mental health" sure gotcha. Poor listening abilities for one, the woman who checked me in listened a lot more and asked better questions than the doctor who was very rude and dismissive. News flash, by your logic, my mental health is entirely secondary to my environment, so that makes you as a clinician entirely useless doesn't it? You can tell when someone is just following a script someone served them. I don't know what is going on In this doctors personal life but she seems to always have a dismissive attitude and seem determined in a way to build herself up on the holier than thou tip. I'll be finding someone else for treatment thanks

I came to Dr. DeLuke for a second opinion due to a misdiagnose at another dermatologist office. Dr. DeLuke's office was warming kind and showed great customer service. She diagnosed me and gave me the proper medications for my condition. She listened and heard everything I voiced of my concerns. She showed compassion and that she cares about her patients. My second visit was even better. She really is good at what she do and she cares about her patients. She wants to make sure whatever the situation is that its cured and taken care of. Im very happy that I looked her up and took the chance because she made me confident in knowing there are some doctors out here that truly care and its not just about the money. Thank you 🩷
