Can’t begin to express how amazing my experience here was from start to finish. When you first walk in you’re seated in a cozy waiting area with lovely decor. I was greeted by Natalia who was immediately very friendly and warm. During the appointment she was so informative every step of the way. She spared no detail on exactly what she was doing and even about the products she was using on me and why. This definitely enhanced my experience by allowing me to feel so at ease. Natalia also made sure to check in on my level of comfort several times which I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciated this. Natalia was extremely professional and personable at the same time. There was zero awkwardness at all. Natalia makes good conversation and nothing about your service feels rushed. You can definitely tell that she cares about her clients and makes sure you walk out satisfied. The environment is clean, welcoming, and judgement free. Would recommend for all your  esthetics needs and I cannot wait to go back for more services in the future.

When I moved to Buffalo 4 years ago, I was concerned about finding a salon that I could trust to work on my sensitive skin. I luckily found Divine Esthetics and saw Natalia throughout my several years of schooling in Buffalo. I can confidently say that her work far supersedes any of the "best" salons I have been to in NYC that charge up to 2x Divine Esthetic's prices for their services. Natalia would always be flexible with my school schedule and would find ways to squeeze me in even on her busiest days. The salon is clean and comfortable and everyone there makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Divine Esthetics. From lash tinting and curling to brow waxing, Natalia's work was exceptional. All of the other artists there are exceptional as well. 11/10 would recommend Divine Esthetics-- I am moving out of Buffalo am sad to have to find a new salon.

I’ve seen Katie for massage therapy twice now as part of an ongoing effort to address some lingering lower back pain and she’s awesome. Yes, the massage is deeply relaxing, but beyond that Katie takes time to help me learn different stretch techniques to help alleviate my back pain between sessions. I’m looking forward to continued work with Katie and definitely recommend visiting her for your massage therapy needs!

Brows on fleek, lashes on point thanks to Natalia! This was my fourth/fifth time getting brow lamination and lash lifts with Natalia, and she never disappoints! She's such a professional and always makes the entire experience so relaxing. It's the perfect bit of self-care. My brows are perfectly shaped and my lashes look amazing – curled, lifted, and beautiful. I don't even need mascara anymore! Natalia is friendly and always listens to what I want. I highly recommend her for anyone considering brow lamination or a lash lift!

I love coming to Divine and getting beautified. They have a whole team of wonderful, kind, educated estheticians. The space is so lovely and welcoming. Natalia and Qylie take care of me every time!
