I've been coming here for years now and everytime I'm getting the very best care. The office people are so helpful, the nurses are superb in calming and reassuring me that things will be ok. Dr Michael Nazareth has such a professional and human way about him to help a patient get through whatever their there for. Highly recommend these people for all your skin needs. What a joy to find Dr Nazareth. I feel very fortunate. He is an outstanding, skillful, experienced and KIND provider. Teaching at UB, he loves to educate his patients which I appreciate. He will take whatever time is needed during the appointment period to address dermatological questions I may have. I never feel rushed. He has a very down to earth, genuine and authentic presence that inspires confidence. Knowing how busy providers can be these days, I always appreciate the time, care and attention he will provide, including quickly responding to patient portal questions that may arise. Highly recommend! 5 stars. WNY Dermatology is an impressive practice and I have always had a very positive experience from interacting with front desk staff to medical staff.

Set up an appointment for my husband to get a large and painful cyst on his back looked at and PA recommended surgery is the only way. Being unsatisfied with that treatment plan and doing our own research we ended up going to urgent care in which he was given antibiotics, which reduced the size significantly and is no longer painful. Then we purchased an antibiotic cream (per recommendation from another doctor) which continued reducing it and is pretty much almost gone. This clinic seems to just want to reach a quota and want to book surgeries. Not to mention they take a $150 fee upfront. Waste of time and money. Do your own research/ go elsewhere and you might end up treating yourself.

Another office that discriminates against certain insurance plans this office is full of nonsense they said we will do everything in their power to help and they blew me off, treated me like a number and keep taking advantage of me so they can keep billing my insurance and doing absolutely nothing for my skin and they switch appointments with the doctor and give you an undereducated assistant that has a fraction of the knowledge of Dr Nazerth who I have not been allowed to see after 2 years of scheduling appointments with him, don't trust any of these doctors they only care about themselves!

Just an amazing doctor . I am a kidney transplant patient and have a unique situation due to my anti rejection drugs. He is so qualified to my situation and explains everything. So kind.
