Ok so this was my first time at New Image for a consultation and from the very moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and like I mattered. The facility is extremely clean, inviting, calm and quaint. Most importantly was the client/provider relationship that I immediately felt with Nadiya in particular, though each person I interacted with was very patient, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. If you are looking for a place that offers the services that they do, you won't find anywhere that offers as much as they do and with so many different treatments, they have the right thing for everyone! They take the time to really listen to you and take note of what your primary goals are and then they tell you their professional advice on what they feel would be best for you to achieve those goals, this is so refreshing, as many places will just give you what you ask for and not ask any questions and that's that. Not here, they actually care about their clients and their clients outcome. I honestly feel that I am now a member of a little family over there and I look forward to my future visits and I will review each and every one...though I already know they will all be very positive! If you are not sure, just take the chance and schedule yourself a consultation, it doesn't hurt to do that and you won't be sorry! I already feel better about myself and that in and of itself is more than anyone in my particular time of life can ask for. Thank you again Ms Nadiya, for being so patient and so friendly and so thorough in explaining everything to me and being so welcoming, that is not something that anyone can teach, that is something that you are born with and you my friend were definitely born with such a beautiful soul. I honestly could not have asked for a better visit. I am so optimistically anxious for my next appointment and I know anyone who comes there will be as well!

As a first time client when I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, my Tech Naydia was great! I took someone that has special needs (disability) for consultation along with myself for laser hair removal Naydia was so patient and kind. I will definitely recommend their services! If your looking for great service, knowledgeable staff, and a place that care about you as a client without pushing other services or price gouging you, New Image is that place.

I got almost my whole body laser hair removal done at New Image and very happy about the results. No more worrying abt having to shave. Specially for the bikini one, I was shy & reluctant to get my Brazilian hair removal done but the staff made me so comfortable enough for me to decide to go for it. *Nadia always supports & accommodates. She is the best *Bethany is great & systematic in her laser procedure. People matter most in any place & this is the place for me.

The most incredible place for skin care treatments! I’m extremely satisfied with the acne treatment, because immediately noticed wonderful changes in my face after the procedure. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, knows what treatment each client needs and always is happy to help. The prices are really decent. I always know that this spa will allow me to relax and forget about all my worries. Would definitely recommend this medical spa!
