Its so bad here. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I know from my own experience and also that of most my family and friends, not one had ever stayed. The ineptitude of this office is legendary. God forbid your on life saving meds cause they're not gonna be called in or refilled for you. I'm not exaggerating, it's really, really bad and I know sometimes it's hard to find a doctor that takes your insurance and everything but if you go here you will be wasting time. I hope this review saves someone 🙏 also I would list names of the staff that are truly terrible but they never have the same staff cause even the doctors choose to leave ASAP

Parking lot is a sheet of ice, was told they couldn't salt because it's cold but after I fell and got injured they salted and it worked just fine. Hmmm...

There the worst doctors office I've ever been to, I showed up to my appointment on time the idiots told me they can't take me because I didn't get the blood work done before my appointment when I was having severe health issues

The new so called Dr. Is super unprofessional and yelled and hollered at me. She refused to fill my prescribed med and got up yelling I won't be your dr. And I said " good your no good anyway". Horrible person and I'm following through with higher ups. I left in tears and will be doing something about this situation. She had never seen me before and to pull my med and treat me so badly is uncalled for.

This is the worst doctors office I ever been to. Oneida is a lot better than this one
