I did Pelvic Floor therapy with Ugo and it was a game changer. The machine helped in ways I couldn’t imagine to get to in months of pelvic floor PT. For a quick half hour for 6 weeks I had a huge change in my Pelvic Floor issues. Highly recommend!

This was a surreal journey. I was referred to Ugo and her staff 2 years ago and blew it off. After running into my friends from Rochester, I could see a change in them. I decided to give it a shot in November of 2023. To date I have dropped around 60 lbs. Never thought I would see that weight loss again with other medical complications on my resume.
