Lucia is the hydro facial queen!!!!! My skin was glowing after. She puts so much care and passion in her job and it really shows. She genuinely cares about her clients and she checks in via text and recommends skin products that are best for your skin. Her approach is individualized so she tries to work with your skin needs and goals. Her product are top quality especially because she is in a dr. office and not simply a spa. She will come up with a plan and routine that works for your skin and your needs.

Wow, where do I begin? I started seeing Lucia about a year ago. She is super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I started having experiencing more breakouts, and was super insecure about my skin. Lucia always listens/and helps with any concern of mine. She goes above and beyond, recommended things to help me achieve clear skin and also told me part of the reason she became a certified acne expert with Face Reality was to find a solution for me. Since I started using Face Reality i have seen a tremendous difference in my skins appearance. Lucia is always available to answer any of my questions or squeeze me in for an appointment (even on her days off lol). She always checks in with me via text to see how things are going and has helped (and continues to help) me regain confidence. Not only do I have an amazing esthetician but I feel I have also gained a friend! I had such a wonderful experience with Lucia Luppino when I had my facial. It is truthfully the best facial I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, provided me with my skin type and practices I can implement at home to better care for my skin. She has such a warm personally, I could have stayed there talking to her all day. I will definitely be returning to her for more services. I wish I had found her years ago!

Tried to make an appointment for a consult 3 hours ago. I was put on hold and the would come back after minutes and say can i put you on hold? Repeatedly. They finally told me they would do their best to call me back. That was over 3 hours ago. Imagine if i had a question or problem with my surgery? Not comfortable I’m going somewhere else
