Absolutely incredible experience all the way around. Lovely humans, I felt so welcome and appreciated. Eliza is an absolute doll and Amanda was so kind and did a phenomenal job with my cheek filler. They even served me coffee! I left feeling elated. This is my new go to for my Syracuse life chapter and I could not be happier about it!

I have had nothing but great experiences coming here. Starting with the front desk, Eliza and Joey are very kind and attentive. I’ve been working with Amanda for the last couple treatments I have been getting and she has been wonderful. I have been getting B-12 shots, Xeomin injections, and about to receive my second PRFM injection out of 3. I know I’m not so young anymore but they sure make me feel that way again. 😊

I had a great experience getting injection service and skin care products today. The ease of membership and the discounts provided through the program were too good to pass up, so I joined today and saved a lot! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Made for a happy Monday:-)

My experience with Eliza at Chapter One in Cicero was wonderful. She did an amazing job on my 11 lines and upper lip lines. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t do too much. I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend Eliza!

Where do I start? This was my first time ever doing any kind of facial and when I tell you, as soon as you walk in you feel so welcomed ensuring that you made a right decision. Eliza at the front was so personable and made sure to tell me about all the great things Chapter has to offer. Then the provider Krista was just outright amazing. She was so informative but also made me feel like I was with one of my friends. She talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. Everyone in the building was amazing and I loved every second of it. I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment!!
