I had my first appointment at Ideal Image for wrinkle relaxer . The staff was very nice and my nurse Heather was kind and explained things very clearly. I also met with Dana who helped me with some things on my account and was super helpful and sweet scheduling me for some appointments I needed. I felt very comfortable with all of them.

From start to finish, every person I encountered was caring and welcoming. The nurse who provided my service was informative and so skilled at her job that I didn't even feel a single prick. The atmosphere was relaxing and stress-free, and the coffee station was a perfect touch to make my Saturday morning even better.

I got Botox here a couple days ago and I’ve already started seeing results! I feel more confident and pretty without makeup now 😃 I just hope the frown lines slowly gets lesser too. They said it can take up to 2 weeks to see the full results but so far I’m quite satisfied! Hope it lasts long cuz I love my new look 😍

Great experience. Heather my RN for Botox was awesome and I sat down with Dana after and had a great conversation. She helped me get some appointments set and had some nice conversation. I felt very at ease with them and definitely recommend.
