Had a excellent experience this morning during my cyst removal procedure. They were able to bring me in right away. The woman at the front desk was understanding about my anxiety and handled it very well. Dr Ho is simply amazing. He was informing me of what he was doing during the procedure which was great. He was very gentle and I felt no pain at all. He made sure I didn't feel anything during the whole thing. Sabih, the nurse in the room, was so sweet, attentive and assisted Dr Ho with what ever he needed help with. They both gave specific instructions for after care and made sure I fully understood the directions before I left. I'm greatful 🩷

Love this place. They really care about the patients concerns. If I can give you guys a 10 I would. Thanks for making my daughters feel better. I'm always in and out. I never wait a long time like at other doctors office.

Toni Ann is the worst Dr. I've ever seen in my life. I was rushed in and out. She couldn't even send the medication to the right pharmacy after confirming it with her. She is a complete idiot. Not only that but she's not a Medicaid dr. So she has the write her prescriptions through her PA and because I had an emergency allergy skin breakout after the sent it to the right pharmacy it required a prescription authorization. She the. Proceeds to tell me she needs the blood work for my gluten allergy. I spent all day on my phone with my Dr. Office to keep getting it faxed but she couldn't figure out the fax machine was down. Finally after all that her PA didn't feel comfortable providing the pill corm6ofnths medication I needed only the topical which had to be sent to a specialist pharmacy causing even more problems with my insurance. I'm also disabled and went over the medication and everything with the commack office directly but good luck getting through because it's always an answering service. This office is filled with complete idiots. The doctorrs are even bigger idiots. They just want you in and out to get paid. If you ever saw the movie Idiocracy this is what this office is. You could hear in her throat how stupid she was and how she knew she messed up. I told her I would be warning people of her and the officer.

Very nice waiting room they at least had TV so your mind was taken off your problem you were therefore: Girls very nice behind the front desk plus the girl that brought me into my room : Doctor very sweet and pleasant. She was right to the point why you were there. I’ll definitely go back and recommend this place to my family and friends. .

I usually have a great experience in the past.But this time I felt like I wasn’t even looked at. I was in the waiting room give it take 15-20 minutes. Get called back to go into room, they did a quick questionnaire why I was there. 5min later doc walks in asks again why I was there. This whole time I feel like she honesty didn’t really listen. My whole doc experience was max 5min. I feel I have to go back to see another doc and get to the bottom line
