I saw Julianna for a consultation after purchasing a Groupon for a PRP facial. She immediately made me feel at ease with her friendly professionalism. She took the time to really explain and discuss the treatment as well as in comparison to other treatments offered, discussed what I was hoping for in results, the expectations about the healing process and results, and happily and confidently answered any questions I had. I did end up booking the PRP facial with her and am so glad I did! The procedure itself was in a relaxing environment and Julianna made sure I knew I could communicate with her at any time if I felt uncomfortable and/or needed a break. I followed her after care instructions and am really happy with the recovery time and results. My skin has less noticeable fine lines and a “glowy” more youthful appearance. I will definitely be back in the future and am so grateful to Julianna for empowering me to know how to make the best skincare decisions for myself. I have felt pressured by different beauty industry professionals in the past and at no time did this feel like “a sales pitch” because the results honestly sold me on coming back.
