Website says they open at 3. We get there before 3, and see a sign that says they now open at 3:30. My Mom, who had to be seen, is 92 years old and had to go to the bathroom, so we went to Timmy Hos. We got back before 3:30. Sat in the car, and waited for the doors to open. People started forming a line, and I got in. Figured it would be like in the ER, serious cases first. Nope. First come, first served. By 5, mom needs to eat, and is very tired. Receptionist wouldn't take her next. Says that's the policy. I understand. She doesn't make the rules. Couldn't take my word for it that we were there first that day. The place is plastered with signs. Not one says that it's First come, First served. Their Facebook page hasn't been updated in 4 years. Website still has an outdated pop-up that says, "We are closed today, Oct. 2." with the old hours. Phone message also has the old hours. Called them on the phone today to confirm that they are open on the holiday, today. Told by an automated message that I am Caller #2, then it goes to "Medical Answering Service" that states that I will receive a call back within 24 hours. Dr. Miller there is great, but their communication is terrible and management is absolutely awful and insulting to the patient. Medical offices should be there to serve the patient's needs. Other than Dr. Miller, Niagara Dermatology does the opposite.

Quick and effective service, but needs more inclusivity. Staff were laughing and gossiping about having queer patients, and the intake form asked for birth sex but not gender identity/pronouns.

Don't call if you need an appt relatively soon. They don't get you in and you have to wait a month or longer for an appt.

When you go to the office they are efficient and nice but don't bother calling. They gave me a prescription for my daughter when I went to the pharmacy it wasn't there. I've called and left messages over 4 times in 2 weeks and have not heard back from them.

I have a limited experience because I’ve only met with Tiffany at the East Amherst location, but it has ALWAYS be a wonderful experience. The team that answers the phones are helpful. The front desk is helpful. The checking in process can be a bit much and a little hard for those that aren’t great with technology. The actual help I have received has been so wonderful.
