I have had terrible experiences here with Shannon, Dr Mac's NP —this morning being the last one. So terrible, in fact, I will never bring my family there again. Shannon is very rude, abrupt & extremely dismisive...lacking any empathy you'd expect from any doctors office. After leaving there in pain and upset, I went to Northwell Family Health and had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience!! Caring, thorough, acvomadating, compassionate and fully knowledgeable— which is what we expect when we are in pain and at the doctor. Go elsewhere if you get this woman. She's a disgrace to Dr. Mack

The staff here is very nice and the practice is modern and can professionally attend to every day medical needs. In particular, Nina, a nurse practitioner impressed me with her thoroughness and depth of medical knowledge.
