The Beauty Mark Spa went above and beyond on my wedding day! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely flawless. My hair and makeup turned out even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined—truly the bridal look of my dreams! We had Kristin and Jen for hair and Sue and Melanie for makeup, and I can’t say enough about how incredible they were. Not only are they unbelievably talented, but they were also so much fun and personable, making the whole getting-ready process feel relaxed and exciting. Kristin gave me the most amazing updo—the braid was absolutely gorgeous! Not only did it look stunning, but it held up perfectly the entire night, even through all the dancing. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist to bring my vision to life. I rarely wear makeup, and Sue did an amazing job of making me feel like myself while still giving me the perfect bridal glow. She listened to exactly what I wanted and created a look that felt natural yet elevated—just what I was hoping for. One of the sweetest moments of the morning was when they curled my nieces’ hair and put a little makeup on them—it absolutely made their day and added such a special touch to the experience. It’s those little gestures that truly set The Beauty Mark Spa apart. If you’re looking for a team that will make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself while also keeping the vibe fun and stress-free, this is it! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Sue and Jenny were amazing! Everyone at beauty mark spa was very professional and kind. Sue did an amazing job with everyone’s makeup and I absolutely loved my hair from Kirsten. I had some concerns but they were both understanding and followed my vision exactly. I also used their tanning and lash services and those came out great as well. I would recommend this place to brides or anyone looking for beauty services.

We booked this salon for hair & makeup for my best friends wedding. Firstly, I would HIGHLY recommend Kirsten & Jen for hair. They were both absolutely AMAZING. One star is for Sue on makeup. Shortly after she started my makeup, both of my eyelids were burning. I asked what she had just put on me & she told me it was an elf brand eye shadow. Now I understand that there is no way to know how someone might react to certain products, however, a professional makeup artist should NEVER being using anything from a cheap company like elf. That is half the reason that people pay good money for makeup artists...for the good products that are expected to come along. Especially from the owner who makes the most money off of these services. I wish I could say the eye shadow came out good, unfortunately, it was atrocious. Nothing was blended, even after I asked Sue to blend it more. The colors Sue used looked nothing like the photo I showed her. The lashes were crooked. The eye liner was not straight. Sue, before you respond to blame that on my eyes being squinty or moving, that only happened when you were putting the mascara on. I was perfectly still for everything else. I was also not the only one with crooked lashes & liner. Also, Sue, you are supposed to put on the eye liner first, then mascara on the natural lashes & then put the false lashes on. You went in reverse order which did not go over well. The false lashes had clumps on them because false lashes aren't supposed to have mascara put on them...the eye liner was mixing with the glue from the false lashes...False lashes always go last for these reasons & more. These issues were not just with me. Almost all of the other girls Sue did had eye shadow that was not blended & crooked eye liner/lashes as well. One girl had a wing on the left eye & no wing on the right eye. There was one girl that Sue did that came out lovely & that was the bride. Thank goodness for that. Unfortunately, I did not trust Sue to fix anything & I did not want to start a problem that would have stressed the bride out. So I took off all of the makeup, went to the store, bought all new lashes & everything & re-did my entire face myself. I would definitely recommend Sue's salon for hair. I would HIGHLY recommend staying AWAY from hiring them for makeup.

Sue and Kirsten did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as my bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, etc. I absolutely loved both - they listened to what I wanted (even though I suck at describing it!), edited where they needed to, and were fun throughout the day! They brought great energy and kept us laughing. True professionals. I now go to Sue for facials, etc. and she's a dream. 10/10.

I got married August 31, 2023. It was a perfect day from start to finish. Susan and Kirsten did our hair and makeup and we were all very happy with the outcome. They traveled to us first thing in the morning and got to work. They did everything we asked for. It was a very smooth day from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for any big event you have coming up. I also continue to to go to Kirsten for my hair color and cut. They are the best.
