Absolutely great experience! Beginning with Geri at the front desk who contacted me back right away after I left a message, informing me details/prices about the treatments I was interested in. Just as well as in person at my appointment. So personable & welcoming. I told her I could talk to her for hours. She is a staple in the office! I was undecided on treatments for my tired puffy eyes. I was excited to talk with Maddy, the PA. She explained what would be best (I also researched the offered procedures prior as well) so I was ready to begin right away. I chose the Neogen PSR for my upper and lower eyelids. 1 session and done :) Took around 45 mins all together with minimal pain. I also had xeomin injected between my brows for a lift. My downtime has been a sunburned look using Castor oil and after post procedure cream to heal. It is only day 4 and I could not be happier with my results thus far. Maddy is very interactive with you after your procedure as she requests follow up photos to see your healing process. I can’t recommend her enough to my friends and family. I am extremely happy in my decision with choosing Form & Function Aesthetics and Wellness. My confidence is back. THANK YOU!

I had my first consultation today and I must say that the customer service was excellent. Geri and Maddy made me feel at ease as I was nervous since it was my first time. They are well educated about the services and genuinely advised me what treatments I needed and how I should change my ways in order to achieve the best results.
