My daughter went to see Dr. Kimberly Silvers and after she was told by this Dr. that she was cleared to go home she started asking questions regarding treatment. It was only at that time Dr. Silvers thought it would be a good idea to check her chart? Stating oh my we need to prescribe a different treatment for you because the one I gave you won't work. This was for an infection that she stated was very serious? This was the 4th visit to the Arnot in 10 days!!!!! This Dr. is, I'm sorry to say, INCOMPETENT! Nobody holds these people accountable?

2nd time going there. None of the issues I went there for were not addressed. Just like the 1st appointment. Nurse comes in and give a basic interview then The Doctor comes in with her little spray can and is gone with in 3 minutes.

This is NOT the current address as of Feb 2021. She is at 200 Madison Ave in Elmira, NY. When I called them to report it, they said they don't deal with Google and have li liok at Arnot website.

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. Horrible office, poor communication, and beyond rude. I have been here once and then for a follow up-for which they failed to convey important information to me, so the appointment was useless. Complete waste of a visit- service was so poor I was refunded the cost of appointment. Avoid
