I came up from the city to get a Clear and Brilliant laser facial with Sue! I got there early so I could have numbing cream put on my face and I am so glad I did! Even though it's the most gentle laser it still really hurts! Sue was AMAZING. She was kind and funny and let me know when an area might hurt a bit more. she gave me two stress balls to squeeze. Everyone I met in the office was very sweet. It's absolutely worth the drive up!

The worst experience of my life ! First time going there and from the door to the girl who was supposed to do my microdermabrasion with peel which I believe was named Sarah since no one even properly introduced themselves. Came in early for my appointment found the door locked, called nicely to get them to open the door , they were acting all confused of why the door wasn’t opening, went in to get the procedure I changed and after five minutes she shows up to tell me there was a consent form I needed to sign which is understandable, she claimed she kept sending it to my email and phone but I was not receiving it and I showed her my phone so I asked for a physical form to sign Sarah didn’t know she had available to print at this “ location “ extremely rude !! I am not one to take the time to write reviews unless it’s a good one but seriously the worst human beings to exist. I should’ve mentioned it was a Groupon voucher that I was using for the first time which might be the reason why I was treated so badly ! I would have paid cash just to not go through that but of course they wouldn’t admit it !!!

I went for treatments. At first everything was lovely with Sue (owner) Julie(manager who literally decides if you’re allowed in if she likes you. You have to call million times or text to even get in! I did my services paid cash never got a receipt luckily I have texts to prove everything I’m saying! I did 3 Morpheus treatments on my stomach and two inner thigh. I didnt see much so I purchased two extra. They originally gave me a good price. They suggested I used Cherry for a loan. I did. Then they proceeded to say I was done with all sessions and they had even offered to do a platinum derma facial because I’d spent so much that they rescheduled 2x and ended up NEVER DOING for me. Julie is the reason I never got to speak to the Sur again. She must hv said something to cover her own self and I was cut off from the owner. I’m owed 3 treatments and they have blocked my phone calls????!!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! They are going to respond with some BS ANSWER but everything I said is true. They only care about your $$$$ the turn over of people (except Julie and the owner) is insane. Totally unprofessional and now I’m paying (not for long as I have phone text evidence) For services I never received!!!! I’ve been all over. I was happy at first then power amping other things JULIE screwed me over. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s very risky.

This place is unreliable and very unprofessional. I scheduled several appointments for facials or teeth whitening only to have them either cancel the appointment or change the time without informing the client via a phone call. This has happened to me several times especially in the month of August, close to my wedding. I purchased their facials and teeth whitening through Groupon. I went back to Groupon for a refund and Top Aesthetic Laser told them I just need to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I lost my money, but will never go to them again for any service. They are unreliable, unpredictable and will not provide service when needed or scheduled. In response to your reply. At no point was I aggressive or rude to your employees. I see that’s your first response especially when someone gives you a bad review.

Sue is amazing!! I went in for PRP micro needling and she is so patient, knowledgeable and friendly!! The place is immaculate. I will definitely be coming back for additional treatments
