Melissa was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. The powder they use afterwards is amazing, my skin doesn’t feel sticky at all! Would recommend to anyone and I would go again for sure. Definitely a great experience! Thank you Melissa :)

I usually would give Atyla studios a three star review My stylist Nicole does a great job with my hair!But as of late I'm disappointed by their service or shall I say lack there of.I tried to make an appointment with Nicole and left a message with my contact info almost a week ago but she still hasn't gotten back to me about making an appointment.Is this how you treat your current clients looking to make an appointment?I never had such poor service from this salon until now and it's very unprofessional to treat your paying clients this way.

Their stylists may be talented but I wouldn't know because no one returns phone calls when trying to schedule an appt. I called on 5+ different occasions. Never spoke to a human being & never had a call returned after leaving multiple messages. Very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. It's a shame.

After being a client with Danielle for well over a decade, I am no longer. I called 6 weeks out to schedule a cut/color appointment with Danielle. When I called to confirm the time of my appointment a couple weeks prior, I left a message and current phone number on the salon's voicemail service to which was never responded. Instead, I received a DM on social media three days before my scheduled appointment from Danielle's receptionist under Danielle's account stating that Danielle had to cancel my appointment because the person before me opted to change the type of service which would take longer. Subsequently stated was that I could reschedule and wait another 4-6 weeks or go to other salons in the area. My appointment shouldn't have been cancelled as a result of someone else's service changing. The other person should have been rescheduled for another date since her service changed after I already booked my appointment. Totally unprofessional.

I’ve been to get my eyelashes lifted twice now, and the girl doing the service, Jess, is always unbelievably friendly and professional, even though I know I am probably a very difficult client to work on — I was cursed with stubborn little eyelashes, sensitive twitchy eyes, and some social awkwardness, so I am not very chatty. I definitely appreciate her attitude and understanding towards all of these things, and it’s certainly a part of why I think the service is worth the cost.
