what is the absolute point of having appointments available for later times if the offices are closed way earlier. not only that what is the point in having a phone but “no one” to answer it. i didn’t even get to step in the facility and i would 10 out of 10 never recommend. people have jobs, people accommodate around them and this was nothing but a waste of time.

I scheduled an appointment at this location at 6:30 in the afternoon. I came in at 6:18pm and was greeted and checked in by a person in the front desk. I was asked to go into one of the rooms and the PA with a nurse showed up and saw me. They took about 2 minutes to diagnose me and sent me on my way with medication. Here is where is gets interesting, I go to my pharmacy and my prescription was never sent. I said my doctor said they sent it and they asked me for the Dr. name. I said Arthur Haughey and they said he sent something but not for you. I called the office and since it was late, the office was closed. I left a message. The office called me the next day to tell me that there was no mistake that I never showed to my appointment. I said no, I was there, I saw the PA and they gave me a diagnosis and sent the wrong information to the pharmacy and I assume that they entered this information into someone else’s chart. The person on the phone again apologized for me missing my appointment and asked it I wanted to reschedule. I said no. We hung up and someone else called a minute later to again say that I missed my appointment and that I made a mistake and practically called me a liar saying I never went to the doctor. They wasted my time, had horrible customer service calling me a liar, they’re irresponsible with their patients information. Now I have to look for another dermatologist who is organized because I’m sure they entered my information and diagnosis into someone else’s chart. They’re dealing with peoples heath and it is irresponsible. I will never go back nor recommend this business to anyone.

I visited this off for the first time in 2023, the physician assistant that I saw was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable. The prescriptions prescribed to me for my concerns was on point. I was happy with the outcome. My second visit however was not that great, the physician and the assistant was replaced and the visit was not what I expected they couldn’t even get my prescriptions correct. I was prescribed two cream for the same issue and when I called the person in the office had no idea of what was prescribed last year, is this is the same office where is my records from my previous appointment. they should have been able to review my past visit and prescribed those medications. This makes no sense at all, so disappointing.

Wow! Definitely an “I should have checked the reviews before booking an appt” experience! Shame on me. Experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. No acknowledgment from staff (despite them making eye contact), called on a man who walked in after me despite ignoring me to have a conversation in Spanish with another client, and was just overall rude. The kicker was them telling me they needed a credit card on file *prior* to my appointment despite them being in network for my insurance (they claimed it was because my deductible was high) but I called my mom who is in insurance and she said it’s shady. Now I see my feelings were validated due to all of these poor billing reviews! Needless to say I walked out and wasn’t seen. I was going for my annual but always trust your gut!

I was nervous going into the office today the first time. But the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The doctor and his staff were very professional. I would definitely recommend this doctor to everyone.
