Fort Edward-Kingsbury Health Center

Very impressed with thorough care and attention to my health. All the staff were excellent, and Dr. France was especially attentive to complexities with my diagnoses and medication, and explained everything well. I am very appreciative of my experience at Fort Edward Clinic, and I feel I'm in good hands. They went the extra mile.

Dr Parker and his staff of nurses and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I started seeing him two years ago this month on a recommendation from a friend, I needed a new primary care provider due to my former one's retirement. I wanted someone I could be with long term and Dr Parker is similar in age and he's a very intelligent doctor, he's very honest and wants to work with his patients for their best interests health wise.

While many of the providers out of this office are phenomenal and I wish this review could reflect them, I had an extremely negative experience with the psych NP Tara Cornell. I felt that she invalidated my experience as a person with ADHD, which had been SUPER well-controlled with medication for 2 years prior, and even wanted me to go off of it— not due to concerns of abuse, but because I had had 2 -slightly- high BP readings at Urgent Care, both times when I was very sick. She additionally took extensive lines of questioning about my partner at the times gender. I felt really judged and uncomfortable with her. I imagine she is great with pediatric patients, but I felt very condescended to and like I wasn’t a participant in my own care. HOWEVER, if you’re looking for a primary care doc, Rita All and Dr. Parker are both stellar, as are many providers in the HHHN Network. And the front desk staff at this office is lovely.

My experience with the staff is always positive. From the patient check-in and out, to the nurses, and the Doctors I have seen. A few honorable mentions for this facility are Nurse Shelby and Doctor Parker.

Rita All is amazing. I’ve been a patient of hers for 6 years or more. The office in FE is always friendly and fast. Every nurse I’ve had has been knowledgeable and compassionate.
