Dr Bacigalupi was very courteous and professional. He made me feel very comfortable while performing the surgery I needed. His aides were also very helpful and knowledgeable and also made me feel very relaxed through the whole process.

Well managed procedure, basically pain free, and this morning (1 day after the procedure) I was able to remove the bulky outer dressing. So far, so good!

Dr. Robert Bacigalupi is warm, friendly, and professional. It was my first Mohs surgery to remove a squamous cell lesion on my hand and I wasn't sure what to expect. His staff prepared me for the procedure and answered all my questions before I met Dr. Bacigalupi. He walked in with a smile on his face and greeted me. He started making conversation to get to know me and helped me feel relaxed about what he was going to do. He explained and answered questions as to what and why he was doing certain things as he proceeded to remove the skin lesion. His surgical technique was gentle. I felt no pain throughout the surgery. He told me what to do when I got home and what activities to avoid. His staff gave me a wound care instruction sheet to take home which included an emergency Contact option to message Dr. Bacigalupi if needed. I need to return in two weeks to get my stitches removed by Dr. Bacigalupi.
