I only wish I could give dr. Natoli, her team, rose, and the desk staff 10 stars. I came from another surgeon that had botched up a tummy tuck that left me in 24/7 pain and discomfort and since the first day I met Dr. Natoli she was nothing but warm, compassionate, empathetic, and assuring that everything will be okay and that i was in good hands. It’s been a little over a year. 3 procedures laters. And I am beyond happy with the results and the work we did. She didn’t push me to do any big expensive surgery, made the cost as minimum as possible, was full blown honest and transparent. Listened to my concerns and even looked into speciality niche procedures I had researched that was conducted by another reconstructive surgeon to address a patient that had a case similar to mine. Beyond Dr. Natoli professionalism she is BEYOND knowledgeable in her craft. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and educates you along the way. For one of the procedures, it was under local anesthesia so I brought my friend who was in med school working to become a surgeon. She allowed him to watch the procedure and educated him the entire process!! He didn’t even ask for a lecture, she just volunteered. He was fascinated and I found it hysterical. Shortly afterward, he shared that a surgeon who is willing to educate that willingly is a rarity and a good sign that she genuinely loved and cares about what they do. It also meant a lot to me that Dr. Natoli was an LGBTQIA+ sage surgeon and that safe space is felt every single second I’m in there A special shout out to rose who was beyond warm and friendly. She understood the costs and the burden it weighed on me considering how much I had already invested in the initial failed procedure with the previous surgeon, and she was patient and gave me the time to pay, with no pressure. Unlike the previous practiced that played collector on me for $150. Dr. Natoli has a forever patient in me. I’ve come to learn when it comes to picking your cosmetic doctor, every single small detail matters. For anyone who is shopping around, you can be rest assured you’re in great hands with Dr. Natoli and the entire east hills team Thank you for everything!

My daughter needed emergency plastic surgery on Thanksgiving night. Dr. George happened on call that night that night at Wythrop Hospital. Dr. George was exemplary. His great bedside manner put my 8 y/o at ease. His steady hands repaired my little girl's facial laceration. What a beautiful and clean job he did. Just visited his office today for a follow up. Great place, awesome staff. Highly recommend. C

Had an awesome experience here at LISPG East Hills!! Dr. Lukash, Rose, and all the other staff were so kind, patient, and caring! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They went above and beyond all the way!

I saw Dr. G. Xipoleas. The Staff was friendly and efficient. The pre-appointment contact was wonderful and very helpful. The physician and the nurse were very friendly and comforting. The doctor had a great bedside manner and was receptive. My appointment was a medical consult versus Cosmetic, but I’m sure it wouldn’t matter either way. Gonna get my testing done and proceed as planned!

Visited the East Hills locations and met with the wonderful Dr. Pinsky with a great staff that was incredibly helpful…. The entire process was very comfortable and easy and I cannot wait to try the Deep Blue Med spa
