Incredible experience with staff and Dr. Potash. I was referred by another patient of his for a consult and everyone lived up to the incredible reviews. I cancelled my procedures with my other Dr and will be happily going with Dr. Potash. As an owner of several businesses, I have challenged myself and staff to try and match the level of customer service I received.

I had an appointment with Dr Sana Ali on Wednesday. I got there about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Check in & registration took a few minutes. I was taken into exam room on schedule. Initially seen by Cassandra - I think she was a medical assistant & she was very polite & patient. Then I met Dr Ali who gave me a thorough eye exam. She was very professional & answered all my questions patiently. I would highly recommend her to my friends & family. The main reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review is because the office doesn’t make any attempts to confirm appointments. All other medical appointments I’ve ever had elsewhere had always called the day before to confirm.

The moment I entered the office, there was professionalism at work. Courtesy started at the check in counter. I had three test before seeing the doctor. They really knew what they were doing. They explained every test they were going to do and even though it wasn’t my first time, I really welcomed the their attitude, and as usual doc is the best.

Dr. Potash is an excellent physician. He has a uniquely powerful mind, is caring, and has superb communication skills. I’m very confident in my care.
