SightMD Hauppauge

While my overall experience was good at SightMD, I would like to make note of the following. My appointment was scheduled for 9:55am. I wasn’t taken in for my procedure until shortly before 12pm. While I understand things happen; appointments are made at a set time for a reason and already being as anxious as I was for the procedure, having to wait didn’t make things any better. The staff was very friendly as well as Dr. Nichols but having to wait almost 3 hours wasn’t ok and I’d strongly suggest the team look into the waiting periods or ease up on scheduling as clearly something isn’t working

Absolutely amazing Office. I had to make an emergency visit and they said come right in and they took care of me immediately. No waiting Made me feel at ease with no worries at all when I was done with the visit. Dr. Adams And the office staff highly recommended.

Very nice staff, I was running late and they called me to confirm & waited. When I arrived they were pleasant & professional. Dr Shah is lovely

Excellent experience! Everyone is very kind & compassionate. Dr. Nicolls was extremely professional and helpful addressing all issues and concerns. The medical assistant, Dayanara was a sweetheart, excellent bedside manners.

Not a fan of waiting over an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. They have you wait in the waiting room, just to then wait in another waiting room, then spend five minutes in an exam room just to go wait again in a waiting room, all before the doctor actually does anything. The constant shuffling between rooms is highly disorganized. I’ve had better wait experiences at Disney World than here.
