This review is long overdue, but well-deserved. The insights shared by others were instrumental in guiding my choice of surgeon, and for that, I am deeply grateful. In the same spirit, I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Tarashansky and his exceptional team. Nearly a decade ago, I underwent surgery with a different surgeon to address a deviated septum and persistent breathing issues. Unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory, and the breathing issues remained unresolved. That experience left me disheartened and distrustful of surgeons, leading me to endure the complications rather than seek further treatment. About a year ago, I decided to revisit the possibility of surgery—this time determined to be more diligent in my research to find the right surgeon. Meeting Dr. Tarashansky made the decision surprisingly simple—as anyone who has met him would understand. His passion for and expertise in his field are immediately evident. Moreover, he takes the time to genuinely listen to your concerns, provides thoughtful and well-considered advice, and sets realistic expectations. Despite the complexity of my case, being a revision surgery, I felt confident in Dr. Tarashansky’s skill from the outset. The surgery exceeded my expectations in every way. Both functionally and aesthetically, my nose is vastly improved. In hindsight, it’s clear why so many of Dr. Tarashansky’s patients commend his unique ability to blend cosmetic and functional outcomes seamlessly. This distinction, I believe, is what sets him apart. I must also highlight how comfortable and well-supported I felt throughout the entire process. Dr. Tarashansky’s team is nothing short of incredible—consistently patient, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to providing the best care. Their personal attention, along with the ongoing support throughout the countless follow-up visits, made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and reassuring. To those grappling with the difficult decision to undergo surgery, I understand your apprehension, having been in your shoes. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tarashansky. He is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon but also a compassionate and honest individual. I am confident that once you meet him, you’ll feel as reassured as I did.

I had my nose done a few years ago by Dr Konstantin. I was only looking to fix my deviated septum that was on one side of my nose and not very visible. Well, here, I am a few years later, and I cry almost every day that I look in the mirror. I regret ever having the surgery. My nose doesn’t even look the same. It’s a complete disaster, and not straight. It’s actually quite embarrassing. These are things I didn’t have before. I only had a deviated septum that was not noticeable unless I turned my head completely up. I’ve called the doctor multiple times with very little response so I guess he really doesn’t care. Shame on you, Dr Konstantin for not doing the right thing and following up with me. All you did was shoot Botox into my nose that absolutely didn’t even change the appearance better at all. You altered my face for the worst. I’ve also reached out to you other times expressing how upset I was with very little response and sometimes none at all.

Konstantin Tarashansky is a doctor from God, he has golden hands, a beautiful soul and a kind heart - all in one person, which is rare. Very delicate, very intelligent, just communicating with him heals and gives hope, and the result of his work exceeds expectations. Doctor, thank you very much for everything! ❤️You changed my life so much both giving me ability to breathe and helping me get rid of complexes about my appearance and build self-confidence.
