I had an outstanding experience at the Jackson Heights dermatology office! Front Desk: The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to assist with a smile. Bilingual Service: The staff speaks Spanish, which is fantastic for the Jackson Heights community. It made communication easy and comfortable. Expert Dermatologists: Dr. Azar and Dr. Besedina are true experts in dermatology. They thoroughly explained my skin concerns and provided personalized treatment options. Their knowledge and professionalism put me at ease.

This place is worst than ever. Receptionist is very rude. I asked the old women at the front desk how long it will take , she says she doesn't know. Very bad manner and unprofessional. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment and still it took two hours to finish. Doctor is very unfriendly and unpleasant and rude. She was rushing after the long wait. Also didn't greet my toddler son. I will never go there again. Please avoid this place.

I have to say Dr. Besedina is the best doctor there! She’s excellent! She cares about you, takes her time with each patient, explains everything to you, listens to you and if she can do any procedure right on the spot she will do it! No waste of time! Extremely knowledgeable. I go there with my mom and it’s always a pleasure. Also, Deidre, one of the medical assistants, she rocks!!! I would Highly recommend Dr. Besedina :)

The doctor is very good. She has helped me regrow my hair. The doctors and the medical assistants are great and explain everything well they are so nice. I recommend this is the best dermatology office in queens 10/10.

First, I really appreciate that I was seen the time of my appointment. I didn't have to wait for an hour. This shows that the doctor is considerate of my time as well. Next, Dr Azar took the time to explain everything. She repeatedly asked if I had any questions. And more importantly offered options so that I was part of the decision making process for treatment. Dr Azar made me feel so comfortable and part of the process I wish that I seen her sooner. Highly recommend!
