The doctors are fine but this place wouldn’t be my first choice if you’re looking for an experience that supersedes local convenience. The staff have a tendency to be nasty. That one woman with the short hair and busted lip was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. I was weirded out by her behavior and felt unsafe in her presence. If you are fortunate enough to dodge her— you’ll likely be ok.

I’ll never go back to this place, i paid my money just for her to tell me to continue using what the urgent care prescribed for me. Mind you, what the urgent care prescribed wasn’t working and was making my situation worst.. she hardly was listening to anything i say and had this look on her face as if i was bothering her. (I totally forgot her name) That place is a total joke.

Because I need regular treatment I am one of those patients that visits the office every 2 weeks. The team is amazing. I never get stuck waiting long periods of time and very friendly staff. From the receptionist Natalie, to our favorite clinical provider Milena. Totally recommend them.

Last time I will be visiting this office. When I was there, there was already a lady there complaining of waiting 2 hours past her appointment time, adding this this was her second time experiencing this. I witnessed the front desk ladies give her an attitude about it. My wait was an hour past appointment time. My experience with the doctor could have been better considering the lack of greeting & a rude farewell.

Words can not describe the service I have received from here. Imane Ali and Nathalie are the epitome of excellent service, they went above and beyond when it came to my care. In respects to my health they were able to match what worked for me. I was comfortable and very satisfied with the entire process.
