Awesome staff! Very professional and courteous. I've been attending their office for over a year now and I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals!

I have complete confidence in Deb Daniels. She's very thorough, she goes above and beyond, she refers me to alternative doctoring, she consults with other facilities in regards to my health... i am extremely appreciative of her. Regarding the staff from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave, they always have a smile on their face, they are always kind, and they are very thorough.

Before I complain, let me just make clear that the one or two doctors or nurses that I actually personally communicated with work great but phone service or phone representatives were actually so ignorant that they kept transferring me without knowing my whole issue and also hung up on me more than once, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I’ve had an issue with my insurance y’all either put down the wrong insurance or I don’t even know anymore. Yall need to do better.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. I drove an hour from Erie and took off work when I’m paid hourly to make this appointment. I get there and she tells me my authorization is expired And I couldn’t be seen until my authorization was back up . I said well why was I not informed before I drove an hour here? She said it was my responsibility to keep my authorization active. And I said what was your responsibility to notify me and not book me of my appointment if I did not have a current authorization. Why would you book a patient and have them come in if their authorization wasn’t active? She was disrespectful and I decided to leave just based off her actions and got a new dermatologist.

Detailed and efficient staff who manage to remain friendly and professional at the same time. Highly recommend if you can get in as new patient.
