Lena did an IV for me and my daughter while we were sick with the norovirus. While doing so, she was organized, knew what she was doing, and made sure we were feeling okay all throughout the process. She kept making sure that my daughter was okay knowing that she was feeling nauseous and was sensitive towards the IV.
