Luna Dermatology

Always a wonderful experience, the staff is so kind, even the ladies at the front desk are beyond sweet and helpful. The doctors are wonderful. They take the time to listen to your needs, i never feel rushed at luna dermatology, which is something I cannot say about other doctors. They give their input and advice in a constructive and courteous manner, and they are always transparent with their pricing. They do amazing work. You will never have to worry about looking overfilled or too frozen here. Fantastic all around!

Sad to write this review. Two years ago it was a five star business. Personalized care, call backs within 2 days, and the ability to speak with Dr. Brooke if necessary. My experience over the last 6 months (since Dr. Brooke had her baby) has been disappointing. It’s difficult to get an appt (even when Dr. Brooke says to return in a specific amount of time), long office waits -both in the reception area and then the treatment room- up to two hours!!!!. If you need to cancel, it can be 2 months till you can get an appt again. If they cancel, the same is true. I made the decision 2/26/25 to discontinue my relationship with this office. I requested to speak with Dr. Brooke about specifics of my treatment- it would have been a 10 minute call (I have never called to speak with her before) and received a call back from staff after two calls requesting said callback (I did not have a successful response to the treatment received in October 2024!!!) ! Nothing from her, just her staff (who are lovely) who gave me “ her” scripted response- to keep the appt, she wants to see me in person- why?? To upsell me another costly repair treatment? If you are seeking cosmetic care, and spending your hard earned money on same, your doctor should want to maintain some type of caring and personal relationship….Dr. Brooke, obviously is far too busy and successful now to give a damn. Too many options out there to tolerate this level of service.

Best dermatology practice in the area... The patient care and customer service is stellar. This practice is upscale, professional, communicative, and every staff member seems happy to help their clients with any and all questions.

My face was dry and desperate. I made an appointment for a much needed clinical facial. Melissa saved my face and hooked me up with what I need to maintain it. She is SO cool and I appreciate her.

Going to the dermatologist was made into a pleasant experience at Luna Dermatology. Shea and Denise handled my appointment making with care and expertise. Dr. Bair was thorough and kind. Great office
