I was recommended to go to Kim by a friend. I was told she is a Nurse Practitioner that became a holistic practitioner. That alone made me trust her because she has a medical background, plus holistic knowledge and experience. I went to her for fatigue, brain fog, bloating, and overall feeling of being unwell. I struggled for about eight years. I did every test and went to every specialty doctor, but nobody was able to help me. I spent so much on supplements but was not consistent. I decided to see Kim because I needed her knowledge plus her program to stay consistent. She tested me with something called kinetic muscle reflexes I believe. This allowed her to figure out what my body needed and did not need. It is a pretty cool and accurate method; I was intrigued. She was on point with everything I was complaining of by testing my muscles. Two weeks into the program, my brain fog and fatigue were gone. Now 2 1/2 months into the program, overall I feel great. Not sleepy during the day anymore and no more brain fog. I still have some bloating because I have no gallbladder so we are still working on that. She says “we are still cleaning out the dirty fish tank”. Can’t wait for the maintenance phase. I am so glad to have found Kim.
