I’m having such a terrible experience with this place that I’m thinking of taking them to court for emotional distress. I bought a package of 6 treatments online for laser hair removal. I called the next day and book my appointment for the larchmont location they told me they don’t have an aesthetician there for at least over a month. Then I asked for a full refund. A lady by the name of Tiko called me to argue with me over the phone about the reasons why she felt it was appropriate to keep my money even though they can’t provide me with the service I need at the location I need it at. Tiko said she would send my case over to the financial department for a refund but I did not trust her so I dispute the charge since I did not receive any services. Sometime went by and I did some research. I figured Let me try another location that might be close to me. I called to book an appointment at the Dyckman location and found out They don’t have an aesthetician there for me either. At this point, I am frustrated and pissed off. This has made me lose complete trust in this company. It's safe to say that they have false advertisement. They refuse to refund me and are telling me that I can put the money towards another service. How dare you tell me how to spend my money.

When you’re getting ready for your appointment, the entire staff is helpful. Usually 10-15 minutes before my lip filler, someone comes out with the numbing cream. If YKYK
