I have been a patient at UR Medical Primary Care for over a decade. Compared to many of the Dr. Offices where patients experience under staffed offices lack of communication insurance companies effecting how a Dr practices rude office representatives rushing a patient visit expecting patients to do the leg work the office representative would normally do lack of concern At UR Medicine Primary Care you will experience the opposite treatment. The office is accomadating professional warm and caring. Both my husband and I have had to reach out when we were sick with colds and flue and we're seen by tge Dr or Nurse practitioner and apointment was made the same day as the call.Dr. Thomasheski has worked closely with me and has treated me for cholestrol and diabedies for the last year. He has given me excellent treatment advised me about medicine and explained why it was important for me to be taking it.He He takes the time needed to answer questions I have at each visit and to listen and advice me with any concerns I may have. Dr. Thomasheski truley cares about his patients and I trust him 100 percent. I'm grateful to have him for a Primary Care physician. I credit him for teaching me about the disease I have. Dr. T has given me the best knowledge about inflammation and what the necessary tools I need to aid and combat the disease. The Dr. Keeps a close eye on my health problems and lab work is taken every three months. I use the lab next to his office for the lab work needed and have experience the same excellent professional care. I highly reccommed my chart in which UR Medicine Primary Care offers. It speeds up all test results office visits as well as communication. It also serves as a tool for the patient in regard to controlling health choices and has medical information as well as research regarding the patients health issuses and concerns. The nurses here are very sweet and nice. The receptionist lady is wonderful and dr streamer is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring, and she listens to you, she is super sweet, I would never want another doctor.

I have gone to many doctors before, but when I came here I had the same attitude that my experience here would be the same as all the others. I met Dr Sturmer and she was amazing, she is absolutely caring and goes above and beyond for her patience. She is non judgmental and makes you feel so comfortable. She is truly the best doctor I have ever had and would recommend her to everyone.

Had my first appointment today. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! Seen Dr. Judkins, she was great. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions. So glad I made the switch from my previous doctor and decided to come here. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this office for awhile now and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to listen and give responses to questions you may have. I'm glad I switched from the office I was going to because of continued cancelled appointments by the other Drs office. I drive over an hour and it's worth it to have great people taking care of me.
