If I could give this office 5000 stars I would! NP Meagan is not only professional and knowledgeable but she is empathetic and personal. I needed prior authorization and several phone calls and letters to my insurance company and Meagan and the office staff handled it all quickly and smoothly ensuring me "this is what we do" (Thanks Kristie!) It is so refreshing to have an office that I feel comfortable, confident and excited to go to. Meagan is a proponent of health, well being, and positivity. Thank you for helping me stay healthy and happy !

I went to Dr. Panzer for a third-class FAA medical as he is an Aviation Medical Examiner. I chose him because he has given seminars on the topic, and he had said that he had a contact in the Regional Flight Surgeon's office whom he could call if there were any issues. Due to a medical condition, I had to get what is called a Special Issuance, requiring the submission of documents to the FAA Aeromedical Branch in Oklahoma City. My experience started badly. Dr. Panzer's office called me on the day of the appointment and asked if I could come in 2 hours early. I did so, but did not get seen until an hour after my original appointment. That is not the main reason for the review. Dr. Panzer seemed unfamiliar with procedures for this Special Issuance. He performed the exam and submitted the required documents to the FAA. After waiting 7 months, I called Dr. Panzer and asked if he could reach out to his contact and try to find out why the process was taking so long. He told me that he no longer had a contact. He did tell me that my case was “under review.” I was able to meet with the FAA Flight Surgeons at a huge aviation event in Oshkosh Wisconsin. After speaking with a Flight Surgeon, my Special Issuance medical was issued on the spot. The Flight Surgeon told me that my 3rd Class Medical Exam was valid for 2 years, but after one year I was required to have a document filled out by my treating physician. I was to present this document to Dr. Panzer, or mail it to the FAA to renew my medical for another year. An exam would not be necessary. The exam for a 3rd Class Medical is only required every 2 years. I called Dr. Panzer's office and he said, incorrectly, that I required another medical exam, contrary to what the FAA said. When I told him that I had just spoken to the FAA and I did not need an exam, he said I was wrong. I followed up with the Regional Flight Surgeon to get a fax number to send my form. I also asked the flight surgeon to communicate the policy regarding this intermediate Special Issuance to my AME. She asked the name of the AME and when I told her it was Dr. Panzer, I was shocked by her response. She told me that Dr. Panzer knows that he can issue the certificate without an exam, he just does not want to. I would recommend avoiding Dr. Panzer for any Aviation Medical exam.

Cant say enough about Dr Panzer's office. The staff are all lovely and accommodating. Megan Sullivan is amazing, she treated me for lots Of sun damage on my face and i can see a big difference in my skin. She was gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I am also using her for hep with hair growth (PRP) . I totally recommend Dr Panzer's office !!

Amazing experience overall with my derm visit and my Botox with Ms. sullivan was great. I really love how I am able to use the office for my primary care needs as well. Its also great to know that Dr. Panzer does FAA and ATC physicals.

Dr. Panzer, NP Meagan, and the whole team are nothing short of excellent. Kind, courteous, professional, and so knowledgeable. They took excellent care of me. They listened to all my concerns, were very thorough, and provided me with top quality care and service. I couldn’t be more happier with the care I received here. 10/10 I always recommend them to my friends and family. You guys rock!
