The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional as they really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Dr. Brooks is on time and super respectful of your time - which is sooo rare for a dermatologist of his level of expertise!! Dr. Brooks is an absolute expert in his field. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment options clearly, and answer all my questions with patience and care. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious he truly cares about his patient's well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Brooks.
