Carmine and the staff are beyond wonderful! Carmine has been working on my skin since like October and what a change ! People have noticed and said wow what beautiful skin it’s so clear etc. Carmine takes his time listens and suggests! I highly recommend him and his wonderful friendly staff ! Steve G

They have always been accommodating when I'm in need of a last minute appointment or emergency visit. Carmine listens to your complaint or concern and will go over every option available for your specific case and if your reason for your visit warrents an on the spot treatment... He will treat you. 5 stars across the board!!! He's the only dermatologist you should see!!

Carmine Vacchio is a gifted dermatologist and surgeon, as well as an all around great guy. I, and my entire family, have been going to him for years. He’s one of the most intelligent, professional, and kindest people I’ve ever met. I can’t recommend Carmine enough to anyone who needs a dermatologist. He’s a true master of his craft!

I just returned from my first to Long Island Dermatology. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. They made the sign in process a breeze. I saw Carmine Vacchio PA, for the removal of several cysts. His bedside manner was great. He explained the procedure thoroughly and took the time to answer all of my questions. His assistant was excellent as well. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. One of the cysts were in a sensitive area and he recommended that I go to a plastic surgeon for the procedure. They office took the time to call the plastic surgeon to set up a consultation for me. I am pleasured with the entire experiment and will definitely return in the future for a yearly skin ca screening.

Carmine made me feel right at home. Haven't had the procedure yet but I feel like I am in great hands.
