If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my first appointment today with Dr.Carrie and she was totally condescending and rude. She isn’t personable at all and is very dull. All she did was prescribe me pills and didn’t even listen to me fully, given that it was my first time ever coming here.

You do not wait long to be taken care of. The people at work and that office are extremely kind, helpful, and very willing to answer all questions. And the young lady that takes care of me all the time carry us and Laurent is excellent I would want nobody else to take care of me she does a wonderful job.

I was very pleased with Carrie. She was caring and very professional. She was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend her. My husband saw Toni 2 weeks prior to my appointment. She was also professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Toni also.

Both my wife and I have been using the doctors out of the Middletown office for years and have loved them and gotten great care from them. However, since they sold their practice to Schweiger a couple years ago go, the service has just gone downhill. The docs are still great, but you can’t call the office anymore. All calls go to a centralized call center and there is no way to actually talk to a human being by phone. They don’t answer emails through their portal either. The service is just horrible. All the doctors do is apologize profusely, but they are just employees now with no authority to fix things. We’re looking for a new dermatologist.

We very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Carrie (PA) is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are usually in and out within 15 minutes for all follow-up appointments. Have been going here for several years. At this point, no need to look for another practice.
