Location is nice. Staff is professional and courteous. DR Lauren Dietz is wonderful. She is patient, friendly and attentive. She values your time, listens to your concerns and is quick with her procedures. She explains each process with care. Honestly, it's been many years since i've had a great experience with a Dr. She is a great asset.
Very unhappy with the service, this place has become very impersonal and only about the money. Any mess up on their end will come out of your pocket. On top of that try and get an appointment less than a month out. I would recommend finding another provider this place has become too large to handle it’s patient volume.
Very easy to schedule appointments on line. Staff is trained well and so accommodating. Amy was my provider for this visit and I was so impressed with her knowledge and exam. Gilda was my medical assistant for the visit and she was very kind and efficient.
This place used to be great.. Now its "you need them more then they need you" type of business attitude. The Week before Christmas I have an appointment. Middle of the day, (Because it's very hard to get an Appointment late or early) I work in Paramus and Rt4/17.. traffic Challenges abound. I was going to be late.. I called. They said if its more then 15 minutes they will not guarantee I can keep the appointment. I got there 21 minutes late. The place was empty.. The receptionist was doing crossword, and had her novel going.. I apologized they when behind the partition she asked the Dr. if the could see me and she said no, in the "we will teach you" sort of way. My Appointment was just a follow up to get a prescription refilled. They said there was nothing the could do, I said Ok. I am sorry can you refill my prescription please. they said yes. I went to CVS and they never got the prescription. I called and after talking to a service they said they were sorry and they were doing it.. I went back to CVS 2 hours later, still they never got it. After a 2nd call, they said they cannot do the prescription because it has been a year. And I need the appointment first.. I said I wish you would have told me that. because I came here twice.. Then They Said the First appointment we have is 6 weeks away. I said no thanks.. And will never talk to them again. I went across the street to my General Doctor ( Dr. Zucker) he has been my doctor for over 30 years... Truly a caregiver- the best .. Anyway went there and got my prescription refilled. I will Never call Schweiger, again.. They dont need me anyway I am sure. In the defense of Schweiger, my normal Dr. Was not there.. This was the "new generation".. Go somewhere else.. Where the customer is important.. And they care about you.. This is no longer that place.
I have used Schweiger for a few years now both suffern and Monroe location. Today when I arrived at my 3 month in advance planned appointment ( that I drove 40 minuets to ) I was told the doctor was out sick. They did not notify me via phone at all. I had taken off work for this appointment. Then I was told that I would have to wait a full month out April was the earliest they had for medication I was now overdue for. The front desk worker with curly brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude to me. When I inquired why he was being rude to a patient here for an appt with a doctor that wasnt here he replied " I know I am being absolutely horrible, I just got here and I have to deal with all of this and make your new appointment" When I asked him how long my medication would be good for he replied rudely ' dont know' He also shouted into a lobby full of other patients medication information regarding my treatment violating HIPPA. I await a call back from the office manager Courtney Wong regarding this interaction.
