Dr. Sanders and his staff were extraordinary. They are an example of how a medical practice should be run. Polite, informative, professional and very thorough.

I call for an urgent visit as was my own Dr who would not see me till January this md had no time to see any urgent patients. Being a nurse for 50 years the medical profession has become so user UnFriendly I developed a growth under my eye which was some kind of growth that was not there 2 days ago painful to touch my under eye area was also swollen So I went to my primary Dr office these Drs should have someone available to see walk in people then he wouldn't have to see 60 p was

Waited 2 Months for appointment. Get the appointment 10min late because you have to figure out that they are located in the basement and wait for the super slow elevator. First went to there office on one side of the basement and signed in. Then they told me to go to other side of the basement 😒 . Sure enough the office lady says oh you know your late? No kidding if it would only be a normal Dr's office not in a dungeon.... So the office lady says oh you need to reschedule for some time in November which is about another month and half. I told them they can keep there appointment and lots of luck keep your appointment ill go to a normal place!

I went in for a visit today and never saw a doctor. My visit was scheduled for 2:00pm and I ultimately ended up leaving the office at 2:45pm having never seen a doctor. The waiting room was filled with patients waiting to be seen.. and there was absolutely zero clarity or help from reception who are always extremely unfriendly. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been going to Dr. Sanders practice for years and will not be returning due to a complete lack of care and professionalism.

I recently visited Dr. Scott Sanders, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon calling to schedule , I was informed by his receptionist that he sees nearly 60 patients a day. Initially, this seemed exaggerated, but upon reflection, it aligned with my encounter. During my appointment, Dr. Sanders spent no more than five minutes discussing my skin issues. This brevity left me feeling like just another item on his agenda rather than a patient deserving of care. It was evident that he lacked genuine compassion or interest in my concerns.
