Hello, I am writing this five star review because I was so pleased with this office. If I could give it ten stars I would! My 6 year old went to see Dr Vinny Mangione in the new Hyde park location yesterday. She had a wart that was not going away and he walked us through our options on how to remove it. He walked into the office and made you feel so comfortable, explained our options and then we chose. When finished, he showed the kids how the nitrogen worked and they were so happy. The secretary went above and beyond to make sure I had my referral, which called the insurance company numerous times and then I spoke with the insurance company and they were so helpful to assist us. I was so pleased with the whole office from secretary to nurse to the doctor and even how sleek and clean the office looked. Thank you for this experience!

The receptionist was pleasant. Dr Flamenbaum has been my dermatologist for many years . She is kind, and considerate. She listens and has answers that I can understand. I'm glad she is my doctor!

Recently met with Rachel Zakhary PA for a skin condition that I haven’t experienced before. She explained to me what it was and showed me a visual on google. I was prescribed a topical cream which is helping get rid of the condition. She was very pleasant, helpful and understanding during the visit.

Excellent Staff and Dr. Heller was fantastic. He was friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional.It was an absolutely Thorough Check up.
