I secured a promotional microneedling session for $99, and paid a $50 balance; I was convinced that purchasing their $49 promotional facial would be beneficial. When it concluded, I received a "microneedling" session that equated to a microdermabrasion. Minimal effort and solid bait and switch. The "facial" was also Minimal and I was told I heard the price incorrectly! the price was actually $149! Terrible! I would have never agreed to that! That "promotional" $99 microneedling session cost me $250!! I left infuriated and unsatisfied with the services.

I have had a great experience with the staff at Rebalance. Dr. Fazylova was able to give me such great advice in regards to health, I have been trying to conceive for a few years and she was able to guide me in the right direction. The IV infusions gave me the energy I needed to get back on my feet and feel myself again. They also do Facials here ! Which is a great plus, not only do I feel good, My skin also looks great too !! They really turned my life around for the better !

Doctor Natalya Fazylova provided such a comfortable and clean environment for me when I came in for my laser treatment. It was a painless treatment that I highly recommend for others. I was treated for hair on my legs and veins that were very visible on my knees. She made sure that I was at ease during the procedure and asked me if anything hurt and assured me that things are going well. She's very professional and she's great at what she does.

Dr. Natalya is hands down one of the best laser technician I have encountered. Living in New York and being swarmed with choices on laser spa, Radiance Aesthetics and Wellness is no doubt, the winner. I have been to several laser facilities and spas, but I am only returning to Dr. Natalya. Her office is a hidden gem located right outside the Hunter East building. The office is new, very quiet and clean. When I first arrived for my treatment, I was greeted by a warm smile by one of the staff. She asked a few quick questions and handed me a form to fill out. The instructions, information, and questions on the form were very thorough to ensure maximum results from the treatments. As you can guess, I was already utterly impressed before even meeting Dr. Natalya. I filled out my application and waited for my appointment time. Surely enough, out came a sweet lady. She shooked my hand and introduced herself, then lead me into the treatment room. The room was very tidy, and I can see all the machines were still brand new. Before we began the treatment, Dr. Natalya asked a few questions. She's very patience and actually listens to all my concerns (which I have A LOT, given that I had not have good experience in the past...). She gave me a quick run through of the machines she will be using and how the procedure will go. She even did a small testing on my skin to make sure I am comfortable with it. She applied the numbing cream and proceeded with the treatment. During the entire process she was always checking in me, pausing here and there to make sure I am still fine. Sensing that I was a bit nervous, she would have light conversations with me during the treatment, and before I know it, the treatment was done, and I barely felt anything (well I did, but I had the numbing cream, so it was much better than before)! During each treatment, she would exit the room before and after to allow me to undress and redress. After the treatment, she gave me a quick reminder of things I should do and not do to achieve maximum results. She then escorted me outside and her staff helped me scheduled a followup appointment in 4-6 weeks. Like I said early, she is hands down the best. Very thorough and nice. If you want affordable treatment and top-notch treatment experience, Dr. Natalya will take care of you.
