If you expect quality patient care and follow-up, DO NOT come here. My experience has been documented in a BBB complaint, and despite the BBB reaching out to them twice by mail and once by phone,they as well as I received no response. What I endured is completely unacceptable. Their utter lack of accountability only proves that their priority is profit over patient care. In the world of aesthetics, this is a troubling loophole exploited by some providers. Save yourself the trouble and protect your face. While they may handle injectables and basic procedures adequately, I would never trust them with a laser or an RF microneedling device again.

I was referred to Marissa at Advanced Skin Spa by my daughter Marissa. It must be the name because once I met Marissa, I trusted her immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Marissa and her staff. Marissa is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable, very caring, and just amazing at what she does. All the ladies that work there are very friendly and so welcoming. I would 100% recommend Advanced Skin Medspa to anyone.

Marissa, Francesca, and Lisa helped me to build SO MUCH confidence in my skin! Laser hair removal has been 12/10 experience and there's not many people who could make this a comfortable, judgement free experience with GREAT success. The facials as fantastic - truiy it was like getting a new layer of skin (just be prepared it's a bit different style than a "spa" facial, as they are giving your skin a full assessment vs a "massage" - still an absolutely wonderful & informative experience. Lisa helped my skin heal after a moderately severe dog bite by injecting a "magical" serum into my keloids... it truly was like magic because the "bumps of the scar" were reduced significantly after 2 visits. This crew is awesome - don't wait, just GO!

I went to see Marissa to remove my microblading tattoo that no longer fit my aesthetics. She is an expert with lasers! She was very gentle. The laser was quick and my tattoo is fading! We will have another session to address the remainder of the tattoo. I am an aesthetic provider myself and really trusted Marissa due to her level of expertise! Highly recommend her practice! They offer a full menu of skin care services!!

I don't typically write reviews, but when I feel strongly about something, I like to share my experience. I have been going to Marissa for a little over a year now and have NEVER had a bad experience, ever! EVERYONE is welcoming, non-judgemental, and supportive. I have severe scarring and active cystic acne on my back, chest, arms, and face, so I came to Advanced Skin Medspa hoping to build some confidence in my appearance. Marissa and her team has worked tirelessly with me to improve my skin texture and acne flare-ups. Though I still have some work to do, I'm finally confident wearing my hair in an updo and even wearing tank tops and backless dresses. It may not seem like a lot for some, but for me, it's everything! I can't express how much you should give them a try if you, too, are suffering from acne, or any skin issues!
