Olean medical has been a pleasure. We brought in our elderly grandmother, and Dr. Matt was amazing and explained everything clearly, answering all questions in a very understandable manner. It was a bit of an emergency situation and we were rushed right in for our appointment. He also took the time to sit down with us and update the scripts for her needed medical equipment, that we were previously told were not available through our insurance. 10 out of 10 across the board for medical care, compassion and understanding. This is health care done right.

Do NOT let Kelly Rodgers the podiatrist come near you or your family! She has horrible bedside manner, and the care that she provides is even worse! She did an amputation on my father. and he is still dealing with infections and other issues because of her poor care that she provided. I don't know whoever gave her the license to be able to amputate, but they should really reconsider pulling her licenses because no one should have to go through the pain and suffering that my father has and is still having to go through because he trusted her to do the surgery properly! So if you have her for a provider I would recommend you go else where for your care!

Dr Matt and his staff are always friendly and professional. My family members all agree that they are wonderful and make a doctor visit as pleasant as possible. The front check in office has also always been helpful and kind. Always always recommend the OMG.

Love how you make decisions on your hardship program if I could afford $500 a month I wouldn't need the hardship help

Could someone please wash the waiting room chairs. Just basic hygiene for crying out loud. Mandatory mask and basically a bacterial soup on on the chairs. Literally not a clean one in any office area I visited.
