Saw Dr. Ramesh Cherukuri (neuro) and what an awesome experience! I had the pleasure of being his very first patient at this location and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Listened to everything I said, I didn’t feel rushed and he explained everything very well. Best of all he’s a doctor that doesn’t just say “let’s just keep an eye on it and actually looks into things. Definitely recommend him.

Calling from an independent provider office, I spoke with Jenna Banks in Medical Records today regarding a mutual patient. Jenna was so incredibly helpful and forthcoming with the information being requested. Her knowledge aided in a successful assist in treating the patient who traveled quite a distance to get to us. The patient had xrays last month and was in so much pain and other providers have been unable to diagnose her issue. As soon as we were able to acquire the xrays through the Nuance system Jenna educated me about, Dr. Lentini was able to successfully and properly diagnose and treat the patient. I've been going here for years for a variety of specialists especially my eyes. My only complaint now is that the eyewear Center no longer accepts my insurance. It was always great to be able to go directly from my eye appointment across the waiting room if I needed my new glasses picked out and I can no longer do that so I have to find a separate location to do that through now which is a huge inconvenience. But other than that they've always provided top service and it really is the one place to go to see specialists in that area

A very comfortable caring and clean place to go to see doctors for your special tests, needs and problems. You usually get referred here from your primary doctor and then the results will go back to your primary doctor to be discussed with you.

My friend had an 11:20 appointment with the doctor. After waiting for 1 hour we were told that we had another 45 minutes more to wait. I complained that this was unacceptable and this was not the first time that an interminable amount of time to wait was told. The last time my friend was here she ended up having to reschedule due to longer than usual waiting time. The excuse given for this was there were people ahead of her and there were sick patients who needed to be seen first. I was unaware of any sick patients in the office. The Doctors were walking around and one even went out for something to eat. I attribute the lateness of the appointments due to overbooking to make the most of the time during the day. This is unacceptable!! It needs to be addressed ASAP. Especially when transportation was 3 hours away, which was told to the receptionist which didn't seem to matter to her!!!
